1. REFUNDS
Refunds are available to customers within 30 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
If the listed conditions are not met, Wavy Luxury Extensions reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Due to the nature of hair extensions these items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Hair extensions are as-is, but we ensure that we provide sufficient information, and blog posts to provide the highest level of confidence to our customers before they purchase.
Cancellations must be emailed before shipping information is received, and can take 24-72 hours to process. You will be subject to a restocking fee. ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL AND NO CANCELLATIONS CAN BE MADE. A refund via Sezzle and QuadPay takes between 3-10 business days.
2. RETURNS
